An important leading company in its sector has asked us to select a
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
- Province of Modena
The resource will be responsible for: preparing the annual financial statements, supplementary notes and related documents; ensure the integrity of the general ledger for major monthly transactions; prepare the monthly administrative declarations and the annual tax return, in close collaboration with external consultants; supervise the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring compliance with timing and deadlines; manage relations with auditors, external tax consultants and the board of auditors.
The requirements are: at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on Italian accounting provisions; degree in financial economic disciplines; knowledge of the English language (consolidated B2).

The candidate with consolidated experience in the role will have to coordinate management control activities, analyze processes and define management control procedures, measure performance and evaluate accounting efficiency, report on the controlling system internal and ensure compliance of operations with accounting principles and other activities related to the role.

Solid experience in business development, customer management and sales is required. Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills complete the profile. The resource must be able to work in a team, with an eye focused on results.
