Company check-up


What is the purpose of an Company Check-up?

It serves to “map human resources” and is a functional tool for: recruiting new staff, implementing targeted training projects, creating an integrated HR evaluation and management system as well as launching reorganisation programmes.

The desired result is to be able to create a series of interventions by management to implement a reorganisation within the organisational relations to be improved. Understand motivations or attitudes in order to be able to intervene better, know potential already expressed or still hidden so as to be able to nurture them and correct the gaps that have emerged in certain positions, know/prevent process/people-related complexities.

Proceed in the direction already identified by making the actions already undertaken more effective and profitable.
