Social Team Building combines the enhancement of two aspects, which are key for any company today: the growth of managerial skills on the one hand, and the promotion of its image in the reference territory on the other.
It represents an innovative idea created by R-Consulting to value diversity as an opportunity and to learn skills in a transversal but socially useful way.
Thanks to this activity we were honoured in 2017 at the Festival delle Abilità Differenti in Carpi, and the Regional Councillor for Equality, Pamela Costi, also participated in the activity.
