Our story...

R Consulting was founded in 2001 with Barbara Farina as a Consulting Company and developed its area of expertise in organisational support of Human Resources. In 2008 it became a Personnel Search and Selection company for high value-added profiles, obtaining Ministerial Authorisation also for Professional Placement. Since then, it has assisted several companies in generational changeovers and company reorganisation with a view to efficiency (both human resources and production organisation). Today, it is the HR Business Partner of small and medium-sized owner-run and multinational companies who believe that 90% of their resources are Human Resources and need a Partner who builds “Tailor-made” projects for them on a 6R basis: R-Consulting, Reasoning on Human Resources to Awaken Resilience and Self Reinvention
