Reskilling and Employability is a pathway aimed at helping participants discover and/or rediscover their skills and re-apply them in the work environment.
This course provides tools for analysing one’s hard and soft skills in order to re-employ oneself in new positions within the company. New Normal and Covid19 accelerated the processes of digitisation and resilience development.
The result we aim to achieve is to raise participants’ awareness of their potential, to push them to proactive actions of continuous learning in “formal and non-formal” contexts.
These courses can be implemented in presence or in webinar mode.
